Services are scheduled by time and tailored to your skin on the day of your visit. Treatments focus on anti-aging, acne, pigmentation, restoring sensitive skin with a large focus on education.

Meredith has been in facial aesthetics for over 20 years. She has worked for both plastic surgeons and dermatologists and most recently with a group of integrative practitioners. This has allowed her to formulate a holistic and therapeutic approach in her facial treatments. Meredith's goal is to educate her clients about their best skin practices tailored to their individual needs.
Meredith Lane Aesthetics is founded in customized, result-driven treatments. Meredith focuses on various skin concerns; teen and adult-onset acne, anti-aging and prevention, pigmentation/ melasma and skin sensitivities. As your skin is ever-changing based on lifestyle, diet, stress and hormones, your treatment is tailored to your skin on the day of your visit. Meredith believes strongly in the relationship between your gut health and your skin working closely with various wellness practitioners.
She appreciates that clients are making an investment in their skin with each visit and makes it her mission to ensure that her facials result in her specialty; a signature jaw-dropping glow.
With almost 20 years experience in aesthetics, Meredith has created and tailored a unique set of modalities and tools that comes with every MLA facial. Every aesthetician at MLA goes through a rigorous 12+ month apprenticeship with Meredith to ensure that they have perfected the MLA technique and education that encompasses the MLA facial.
At this time Meredith is not accepting new clients. New clients should book their consultations and treatments with aestheticians Sabrina or Julia.

Sabrina is a highly skilled aesthetician with a passion for all things aesthetics and helping brides look and feel their best on their special day. With years of experience in the skincare industry, Sabrina has developed a deep understanding of the unique needs and concerns of brides-to-be.
Sabrina’s expertise in skincare is not limited to brides, however. She offers a wide range of services to help all her clients achieve healthy, radiant skin, including facials, peels, dermaplaning, microneedling and more. Her personalized approach to skincare means that each treatment is tailored to her clients' specific needs and goals.
Sabrina’s warm and attentive nature helps her build strong connections with her clients, making every appointment feel like a spa day with a trusted friend. As a licensed aesthetician, her philosophy has been to ensure her clients feel comfortable to discuss their personal skin goals, while helping them feel confident and radiant from their own natural beauty.

Morgan is a skilled Licensed Aesthetician with a passion for helping clients achieve their best look and feel. Raised in New York, Morgan initially pursued a career as an executive assistant in New York City. However, she soon realized her true calling was in the field of esthetics.
Morgan began her esthetics journey by earning her fundamental esthetics degree from the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis. She then went on to received her advanced practice esthetics degree from The Institute of Advanced Aesthetics in Minnetonka, MN.
After a few years honing in on her skills in the medical aesthetics space, Morgan joined Meredith Lane Aesthetics. She is deeply committed to providing personalized care and achieving exceptional results for her clients. Morgan's passion for the beauty industry and her dedication to staying at the forefront of the latest techniques ensure that each client receives the highest standard of care and attention.
Jenny Grande
RN, BSN
Jenny Grande has been following her passion for bedside nursing and is a Registered Nurse of 14 years in the Cardiac ICU of Massachusetts General Hospital.
In 2017, what started as an obsession for skincare led to her following a second passion. She began training as an aesthetic nurse with a focus on neurotoxin injections and energy based treatments, specifically using Sciton technologies. Jenny quickly fell in love and dedicated her attention to the amazing impact lasers can have to the overall health of the skin.
Today, she specializes in custom laser treatments using multiple modalities with the focus on the patient’s specific concerns while achieving skin that is lit from within.
Alongside custom laser treatments, she offers Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport injections to soften lines and create a natural and lifted look. Jenny will work with you to develop a concierge treatment plan.
She will be with you each step of the way from healing and post care to maintaining your results year round. She is in it to win it with you!

Annie brings a wealth of experience in fashion and retail to her new role as Studio Manager at MLA. With her background as a successful buyer and her talent for styling her clients, she is well-equipped to keep things organized and efficient behind the scenes, especially as MLA prepares to launch its online store. Expect to be greeted with a warm smile and excellent support as Annie contributes her expertise to the team. If you have questions, need help scheduling or ordering products, she’s your girl!
